Contraindications for Sager Pelvic, knee, ankle and foot fractures
Sager traction split does what? Breaks muscle spasm around the bone
How do you apply a Sager? CSM – measure against uninjured side – apply 10% up to 15lbs – apply cravats around fracture – CSM
Complications of the Sager splint? Can cause further bone/vessel/nerve damage if pulled for excessive time
